Gynecomastia is a common condition. Excision combined with liposuction give better result. Liposuction alone on many occasions does not provide satisfactory result due to excessive fibro-adenomatous element.

Wow, that is A LOT of fat in this male breast!! I can see now why lipo alone is often not enough in correcting this.

The doc’s name is Fakhr Alkhari, look him up on Google. He’s pretty inexpensive, $1000-1500 depending on the severity of your gynecomastia. You’ll have to travel to Karachi though, that doubles the cost. Going south to Mexico might be cheaper for you.

Who are these doctors? Can you please give me their web address or phone number. I had mine done 11 years ago. My doctor said lipo would do it but it didn’t worked that well. Later he performed two open surgeries while I was awake but he still didn’t get everything out and left a 4 inch scar under my chest. My breast wasn’t even big. but his excuse is that I had more breast than fat but still my breast wasn’t big as anybody in Youtube. Please help. PLease. Everyday is a struggle.
