as a child i was fat, now I’m 24 and skinny, but i have prominent nipples, and a little fat around them, if only removes the breast tissue, could lose that little bit of fat naturally? If I grow fat, it continues to accumulate fat around the nipples only? Thanks, you are an excelent profesional

At this point, he is still healing and it takes about 6-8 months for the scars to mature, fade and soften. As far as needing to remove breast tissue, you would need to come in for a consultation to be evaluated. Thank you.

It really depends, If it’s purely localized to the nipple area, it can be done under local anesthesia, and would be in the range of $3800-$4500. Thanks

you have to understand that his nipples still need to heal, but I’d rather take fucked up nipples then Gynocomastia any day

i am afraid from scars on my nipples it looks like gabriel chest was reduced but the nipples are abnormal.. im 19 years old how do i know if i need to remove breast tissue ? i am worrying about how the niiples will look like after surgery? and how many weeks does the scars take to heal ?

It really varies from surgeon to surgeon, but for something as you have described it, it’s probably in the range of $4000 to $4500.

How much would it cost for surgery if it’s just the nipple that’s big? I don’t have what looks like breasts, but my nipples are about 5 times bigger than normal.
I feel like I have Hersey Kisses on my chests and if I wear a shirt, i look like I have breasts.

with general anesthesia, you are completely asleep and your breathing is assisted by a machine (ventilator), and you are completely unaware of the procedure. Under local (which is often combined with intravenous sedation to relax you), you are awake, conscious of the procedure, but you do not feel any discomfort due to the local anesthetic placed in the surgical fielf

VERY Impressive actually, this is very amazing work, I live in Los Angeles as well, I’ve been thinking about getting it done, I am young, so I want it done as soon as possible, This guys chest in the video ended up even flatter than someone without gynecomastia, amazing video, I just wish my surgeon does it as well as this, congrats.

Breast reduction is more common in women, but also can be performed in Men, in most cases for a esthetic reason, giving the chest a nice athletic aspect. yes, we use plenty of local anesthesia. In fact man of these cases can be done under pure local anesthesia without the need for general anesthesia.
