man-boobs-exercise2Do you know how to lose man boobs? Use the power of HIIT! High intensity interval training (or HIIT, for short), is one of the most powerful methods you can use to reduce and eliminate your man boobs (aka–gynecomastia). If you put it into practice, along with a sensible diet, you’ll be amazed at the dramatic difference you see in the size of your breasts.

Most men carry weight at their mid-sections, but this isn’t true of everyone. A certain percentage of men have a genetic predisposition to carry weight around on their chests, and this usually results in the formation of man boobs. Excess weight can also lead a man’s body to start producing small amounts of excess estrogen, which can cause breasts to grow. You can overcome these tendencies and lose man boobs for good by utilizing HIIT.

The beauty of HIIT is that you can workout less but get more dramatic results through using it. By working out slightly harder than usual for 20 minutes each day, you can get 10 times the benefit you could get from an hour or more of regular exercise. So, during HIIT, you’ll work on one particular exercise, such as walking or stationary bike riding, at full force a short period of time, such as 20 seconds, then rest for twice as long, then go full force again for an equal amount of time to your rest period, then rest for twice as long as that, and so on and so on until your 20 minute mark is reached. So, for example, if you run for 20 seconds at full force, you’ll walk for the next 40 second, then run for another 40 seconds, walk for 80 seconds, and so on to the 20 minute mark. This is HITT.

With HIIT, you can start to lose man boobs in as little as a week. Keep measuring the circumference of your chest every week to keep track of how much you’re losing, so you’ll know it’s working (this will also give you motivation to continue with your exercise program). Keep going, and soon you’ll see the sculpted, sexy chest you’ve always known was inside you, and your self-esteem will skyrocket!
