I had my surgery a month ago at age 21. I can finally go for a one or go to the gym without hearing comments on my chest or look in the morning and not figure out how to hide it. I FEEL LIKE A NEW MAN!!!!

Thamks guys , i had my surgery yesterday! had this done aged 45!! To any young guys out there with this have the operation , dont go through your life with this .

the fats is more liquid like and the gyno is like this white ovale type thing. look up the surgery you’ll see.

I just wanted to thank these 3 men for sharing their story. I could totally relate to everything they are saying, and it’s refreshing to hear some dialogue about this issue. This is actually the first time i’ve seen it discussed in a positive way.

Does anyone know the name of this Surgeon/clinic. I am completely withdrawn from public and my Doctors are not experienced in this way. Surgery seems best.

while that is true if it is fat tissue if it gyno then it does not work trust me i literally did over 400 a day for two month and it did nothing lol

i had this too. started at 14 and i know your scares as well. for example the sports lessons in school. i would recommend you the surgery. i did it a year ago, the result looks perfect and i am more confident. i too had scares to take my shirt off in front of a girl but now i have a girlfriend for half a year now. just do the surgery. bodybuilding just presses the boobs out. do the surgery and afterwards do bodybuilding. i’m really glad i made this step and you will feel very confident. trust me

I want to have this surgery, however, I need to go have my hormones checked as so I am sure I don’t have an imbalance that would cause gyno to come back. I have had it since I was 12 and because I do bodybuilding it makes them show even worse.

@godsre7urn You’re not a lone man, these are average Gyno guys, there’s some guys that have it Like crazy like you said, its the same thing for you than for anyone, just take the surgery, they will make you look normal, trust me man, take it from me, from someone just like you who deals with this bullshit.

it is not fat its breast tissue so you cant lose it exept by surgery

Theres aint event that bad! Basically made my early-mid teens a misery. All i can say that it goes down in most (it went down a lot for me) and u just got a deal with it and not let the bullying effect u too much.

i think im the most desperate person in the whole world… my boobs r so large.. probably twice as bigger as those u seen in the movie… i dont kno wut 2 do i was fat.. and i said 2 myself ok.. but now im 74 kilos and i stil have so fkin LARGE boobs:(:( i dont kno wut 2 do… should i make this surgery? or should i play body building excercies…? im jst 2 desperate, everyday wake up.. wear underwears 2 cover all this fat… ITS HUGE… i cnt speak 2 any girl, i cant do anything plz help me!?!!

breast tissue is hard u will feel directly behinde your nipple and you will probly know the diffrence from fat

I just recently got the liposuction work done 2 weeks ago. I still have some swelling but it’s starting to look good. I had this problem since the 9th grade … I am so relieved that finally I can learn to swim. BTW I paid about $900 U.S. dollars in S. Korea after shopping around.

with your age dont worry about it and dont make let other people tell you other wise
wait at least until you are 21 when your hormones are stablitzied
nothing really looks bad about any of these guys chests they are fat anyway so its in proportion

I had the man boobies and got tired of having to hid my chest behind certain shirts. In 2005 i got the liposuction done on my chest, with the deep cutting techniques. Today i am consistenly happy with my flat normal chest. Women don’t like their guys to have man tits.

Hi firehawkowner!! Congratulations on losing all that weight. Gynecomastia literally means ‘female like breasts’. It refers specifically to when a guy has breast tissue. [The same way a female has breast tissue] You can feel that tissue when you gently ‘pinch’ your chest. Sometimes – what might LOOK like gynecomastia could just be excess fat. If that’s what’s causing the ‘man boobs’ – it’s call pseudo-gynecomastia. ['pseudo' - meaning 'looks like'] Try toning exercises to see if that helps.

i have man boobs,
but they’re not a result of hormone deficiancy, its a result losing so much weight without any exercise, is my problem also considered gynecomastia ?
