It’s because youtube is overly sensitive about graphic surgery. Videos with graphic surgery or nudity get yanked off. Besides, only the really bloody stuff is blurred. You still get to see the actual gynecomastia being removed. Cool video.

Oh please…If it’s just puffy nipples it’s 500-1500 dollars. Other wise It’s several thousand dollars. Don’t let anyone hustle you. I got a quote from 500-1500 dollars online if it’s just pepperoni nipples.
