that’s just chest fat, it’s no that bad. he just needs to loose some fat, it’ll go, the skin might remain a little stretched but not enough to look abnormal. Gyno means the gland is actually enlarged

It doesn’t look THAT bad. Compared to the ones I saw this looks about normal. I seen guys with ‘tits’ many times that and some had giant areoles.

you can’t loose this in the gym, i have this problem, i’m working out for a year now, i have muscles and they are not big anymore, but they don’t just vanish from working out.

LOL are you fucking crazy? no amount of exercise could lose all that. it’s obvious breast tissue. Yes, he does need to lose weight, but even for his weight his chest is still WAY out of proportion to his stomach.
