Another key component in the quest to get rid of man boobs is exercise. There are some very specific man boobs exercises that work to flatten your chest and do it quickly. The thing about man boobs is that you can do all the exercise in the world and not lose an inch off of your breasts if you’re not doing the correct exercises. Start with 3 sets of 10 reps of incline bench presses each day, 5 to 6 days a week (be sure to give your muscles at least one day off a week). When you lift the weight, hold it up for two seconds. This stimulates your muscles and speeds up fat loss and muscle development. One important thing to remember when using incline bench presses to get rid of man boobs is that the wrong technique can actually increase the size of your man boobs.
